Come spend the day visiting the world's largest collection of historic Naval ships. Conveniently located just one hour from Boston, Battleship Cove hosts five National Historic Landmarks: Battleship Massachusetts, Destroyer Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., Submarine Lionfish, and PT Boats 617 and 796. Battleship Cove is also home to the Soviet-built Missile Corvette Hiddensee. Battleship Cove is the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Official Memorials for citizens who lost their lives in WWII as well as the Korean, Vietnam and Persian Gulf Wars and the September 11 terrorist attacks.
