Furl a sail... fire a cannon... swing in a hammock... and set sail on a voyage of discovery at the USS Constitution Museum!
Furl a sail... fire a cannon... scramble from your hammock upon hearing the thunderous roar of enemy fire in the distance! Say goodbye to family and friends as you set sail for what may well be years, protecting merchant sailors and our young country's shores.
This and more is the story of an ordinary seaman serving onboard USS CONSTITUTION in 1812 - a story you can experience at the USS Constitution Museum. Our hands-on, interactive exhibits and gallery programs guide visitors of all ages on an amazing voyage spanning more than 200 years from her first launch in Boston to her return as a legend and beyond. The triumphs and challenges that marked our country's early maritime heritage remain an important part of our national identity today. No icon embodies that legacy more completely than our nation's ship, USS CONSTITUTION.
So gather together your crew and set sail on a voyage of discovery with us today!
